The continual development of our people is really important to us. We have our Academy, which supports Learning and Development for all our employees. From your first day, you’ll benefit from a training and development framework designed to meet your individual needs.

Your development is structured to fit in with the way you work. In addition to face-to-face training, we use a range of other methods to suit you, including online refresher courses, self-paced e-learning, and web-based materials. Together with the performance review process, your manager will work closely with you to help you achieve your aspirations. In addition, our vacancies are always made available internally to allow opportunity for movement and progression.

Every Unite Group employee has the opportunity to use one full day or eight hours every year to take part in our volunteering programme. Opportunities focus on supporting a group, community, or charity that works with or benefits young people in our community.
